2. Scope of product warranty and service

• The company is willing to change or return the product if the user finds quality problems within 7 days after receiving the product.
• The company guarantees the product quality according to the conditions stipulated in the contract, quotation and product warranty card.
• The company provides after-sale service both WALK-IN and ONSITE SERVICE depending on the type of product following the conditions set by the company
• The company reserves the right to warrant only products that have not been modified, not being repaired before by anyone other than the Company's technician and has not been damaged due to transportation, accidents, improper use, installation and use other than specified in the product manual, the condenser is clogged or dirty due to not periodic cleaning, negligence, natural disaster, or the instability of electricity.

3. Repair Terms and Conditions

• The company guarantees the quality of the repair and replacement parts for 90 days, excluding the normal product quality warranty period.
• The company staff will clearly clarify details of the problem, solution, service price and service conditions in order to be agreed upon before providing the service. Including clarification of repair results and the customer signed for acknowledgment upon completion of the service. Therefore, the customer acknowledges and understands the terms and conditions of that service clearly.
• Business hours for repair service work are on Monday – Saturday from 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM, closed on Sunday and public holidays. However, after-hours service may occur, but there will be additional costs according to the agreement on a case by case basis.
• The company has provided a technician team for service in major provinces nationwide and able to provide service within 48 hours after the problem is reported. However, the island area may incur additional costs, which the company will make an agreement with the receiver before providing the service.

4. Intellectual Property Laws

Please be informed that, under protection of Intellectual Property Laws, the rights of the texts, pictures, sound, content, trademarks, service marks, names, trade names, presentation, information, news and any components appeared in this website solely and legally belong to the Company and are protected under the intellectual property Laws of Thailand. Should any person imitates, counterfeits, copies, modifies, publicizes, distributes, makes available for rent or commits any action for the commercial benefit or unlawful benefit on the abovementioned intellectual property without any prior written permission from the Company in any cases, the Company shall ultimately proceed with the legal proceeding against the infringer and the right of the use of this website shall immediately be terminated if the users violate any of the Terms and Conditions of the use of this website.
